OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Dancer’s Market, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Dancer’s Market (“Sponsor”).
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in the giveaway, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on Saturday, August 10, 2025 at 7:30 PM Eastern Time and ends on Saturday, August 24, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, entrants may earn entries as follows:
a. Purchase Entries: Receive five (5) entries for every $25 in orders placed during the Giveaway Period. Entry calculation is based on the order subtotal after discounts and promotions, excluding shipping and tax.
b. Social Media Entries: Receive one (1) entry for each of the following actions on Instagram: (i) liking the giveaway post; and (ii) sharing the giveaway post.
c. No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a purchase, email your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to shop@dancersmarket.com with the subject line “$250 Gift Card Giveaway Entry” during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) email entry per person.
Social Media Disclosure Requirement:
When sharing, reposting, or tagging Dancer’s Market content to earn entries, entrants must include the hashtag #DancersMarketGiveaway and ensure that their account or post is public for the duration of the Giveaway Period so the entry can be verified. This disclosure is required to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guidelines.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $250 Dancer’s Market gift card. The gift card has no cash value and may only be redeemed for merchandise sold by Dancer’s Market. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor on or before Monday, August 25, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. The winner will be announced on Dancer’s Market’s Instagram page and contacted via direct message or email. The winner must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
